You're always so on top of everything. I know my sister is very well cared for with you.

I have witnessed staff going above and beyond to meet resident’s changing needs. Staff strive to understand the person behind the presentation to inform person-centred care. Ridgemoor has always felt homely and comfortable on my visits, with residents appearing content and relaxed.
Relatives and representatives all shared positive feedback on the care and support provided to people at Ridgemoor Road.
Well done for the wonderful care you have provided. You and your staff should be very proud.
We are sincerely grateful to the team for the care and support provided. Thank you.
When I have visited I have always been made to feel very welcome and really like the fact that the management have an open door policy. It is clear that the staff have compassion, care, empathy and kindness in caring for all the residents. Well done to all the staff at Ridgemoor.
