Hoople Receive Bronze Award from the Employer Recognition Scheme

A couple of years ago, Hoople signed the Armed Forces Covenant, a pledge that ensures that service personnel, their dependants and veterans are not disadvantaged in the provision of goods and services, compared with the rest of the population.

More recently, we have strengthened our support and have received the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), which recognises employers who promote themselves as being forces-friendly and open to employing reservists, armed forces veterans (including the wounded, injured and sick), cadet instructors and military spouses/partners.

In practice, this means that the Hoople Recruitment Team ensure all relevant roles are advertised on the Career Transition Partnership website, which supports those leaving the armed forces, and/or the Forces Families Jobs site. They also offer guaranteed interviews to relevant applicants who meet the criteria for roles within Hoople.
