Hoople Training are once again supporting Restart a Heart, providing free CPR training at venues across Hereford. 

Join the team to learn and practice CPR techniques, as well as learning how to locate and use a defibrillator. There is no need to book - just drop in. Sessions last around 20 minutes. 

Friday 16 October 11am - 1pm - Hoople Group, Auxilium House, Legion Way, Hereford HR1 1LN

Drop into our office anytime between 11am and 1pm for our launch event. Light refreshments are available and we have plenty of free parking.

Restart a Heart is a nationwide initiative from Resuscitation Council UK which aims to increase the number of people surviving out-of-hospital cardiac arrests by helping more people learn CPR.
