October saw the launch of 'Step Into Care', a bespoke supportive programme from Hoople Care in partnership with Jobcentre Plus. The programme is an opportunity for participants to explore careers in care, and benefit from interview skills and other introductory training. Those who wanted to proceed were offered interviews for roles at Hoople Care.

Our first cohort were a lovely group who approached the programme with enthusiasm. We hope that some will take up a career in care and become our colleagues in the future.
